Only the data you provide, and which is necessary to deliver the service, is processed:

- Client transaction data: the service requested, session notes, the CV and career documents you send.

- Marketing data: the email address and explicit consent record for the newsletter.

- Delivering career consultancy, CV writing, interview and language coaching services.
- Responding to your enquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Concluding and performing the service agreement, and handling invoicing.
- Sending newsletters and content updates, where you have given explicit consent.

- Analysing site usage anonymously to improve the content, where you have consented.

5. How Data Is Collected
Data is collected electronically through the contact and newsletter forms, email, WhatsApp conversations, online meetings and the cookies described in the Cookie Policy.
6. Sharing and International Transfers
Your personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing. It is shared only to the extent necessary with the following infrastructure providers:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, security and database infrastructure.
- Google Ireland Ltd. — anonymised usage statistics, only if you consent to analytics cookies.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — advertising measurement, only if you consent to marketing cookies.
- Calendly LLC — appointment details, only when you open the booking calendar.
- Public authorities — only where legally required.

9. Withdrawing Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time — through the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer, or the unsubscribe link in any newsletter. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
