1. Scope of Services
The site presents career consultancy, CV writing, LinkedIn profile optimisation, interview preparation and English speaking coaching services, and allows you to book appointments for them.
Consultancy does not constitute a guarantee of employment; its purpose is to strengthen your application materials and interview performance.
2. Intellectual Property
All text, imagery, blog content, templates and design elements on the site belong to Aynur Türkseven and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. They may not be reproduced or republished for commercial purposes, even with attribution.
Documents delivered to clients may be used freely by that client for their own applications, but may not be sold or transferred to third parties.
3. Booking, Payment and Cancellation
- The discovery call is free and creates no obligation.
- Package fees are payable in advance, before work begins.
- Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Under Turkish distance selling regulations you have a 14-day right of withdrawal before performance begins; once work has started, fees accrue in proportion to the work completed.
4. Nature of Blog Content
Blog articles are for general information only. They are not individual consultancy or legal advice, and no liability is accepted for outcomes arising from applying them.
5. Limitation of Liability
The site is designed to run reliably, but no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from technical faults, infrastructure provider outages or force majeure.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the competence of consumer arbitration committees for consumers.
